My father, Vukan Kuic, died last week at age 95. His six children, many grandchildren, friends and colleagues gathered together to celebrate his life. His only son takes after him in many ways. Simeon's eloquent speech at the service illustrates the magnificent power of a calm and quiet demeanor.
A weekend with my siblings was a bittersweet affair. We laughed, cried, drank, and rummaged through old memories in the form of pictures and letters. It was spectacularly beautiful. I am so very grateful for my family.
Does that say Fairy? I don't know. I don't really 'get' graffiti. It's cool a lot of the time. And sometimes it's really cool, but I can hardly ever decipher the words. I guess it's a type of design. But what does it mean? What the Why? Why would someone write Fairy on a cement barricade?
